The pilot phase is open to textile manufacturing facilities representing a diverse mix of processes, product categories, and geographic regions. For this next round in 2025, participation will focus primarily on wet-processing facilities, which will test the benchmark through Aii’s new digital platform. Dry-processing facilities are also encouraged to participate using the Excel-based questionnaire, which remains in development.

The pilot aims to include facilities with a range of performance levels - including high-emitting sites - to ensure that the benchmark reflects real-world operating conditions and captures opportunities for improvement across the industry.

Participation will be coordinated in collaboration with brands and partners to ensure balanced representation and alignment with ongoing decarbonization initiatives.
