The pilot phase is open to textile manufacturing facilities representing a diverse mix of processes, product categories, and geographic regions. The pilot phase starting in November 2025 will focus primarily on wet-processing facilities (and facilities that are vertical with wet-processing) and testing the benchmark through Aii’s new digital platform. Dry-processing facilities are encouraged to participate using the Excel-based questionnaire until the second phase of the digital platform pilot begins in late December 2025.

The pilot aims to include facilities with a range of performance levels to ensure that the benchmark reflects real-world operating conditions and captures opportunities for improvement across the industry.
