For facilities, the expected time commitment is approximately one to two days to complete the questionnaire and provide the necessary data on energy use, fuel mix, and production volumes. Facilities participating in the pilot will also be asked to share qualitative feedback on the tool’s applicability and ease of use.

For brands, participation involves maintaining regular communication with participating facilities and offering support where needed to ensure data delivery. Each brand is asked to allocate one primary contact person to coordinate between facilities and Aii. The estimated time commitment for brands during the pilot is approximately one day.

Once the benchmark is established and the digital platform is fully operational, the data entry and review process will become significantly faster for both facilities and brands in subsequent cycles.
