Vincent is a social, security, and regulatory compliance expert with 25 years of experience in the apparel and footwear sector. Throughout his career, he has held key compliance roles at major global buying offices—including Pentland, Quiksilver, and the adidas Group — as well as prominent sourcing agents like Li & Fung and MGF Sourcing.

Vincent began his career in the banking sector, but his passion for sustainable supply chains led him to transition into corporate vendor compliance. Driven by a strong commitment to environmental action, he joins Aii to leverage his extensive industry expertise in support of the apparel & footwear’s sector decarbonization journey.

Born and educated in Hong Kong and the UK, Vincent holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Studies and English Studies, as well as an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
