Desiree Cabrera
With over a decade supporting executives and teams, Desiree Cabrera is an accomplished executive assistant with experience spanning law firms, nonprofit organizations, and international institutions. She has worked across the technology, legal, and internet domains, supporting leaders in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments. Known for her adaptability and steady coordination, she helps ensure seamless communication and efficient execution across priorities and projects.

Peter Ford
Pete spent six years at H&M Group, where he helped develop, drive, and expand their global decarbonization and electrification work with factories. In that role, he supported the creation of an internal engineering team dedicated to helping suppliers shift from fossil fuels, increase energy efficiency, and meaningfully decarbonize production in line with industry 2030 targets. He oversaw the first-known installation of thermal heat storage technology in a garment factory anywhere in the world (creating a 100% renewable electricity-powered factory), and spearheaded the Group’s increasing focus on electrification. He has worked in a variety of roles across Asia and Africa for much of the past 20 years, and most recently earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science and Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
As Clean Heat Technical Lead, Pete remains at the forefront of garment industry action to meaningfully replace fossil fuels to ensure that brands, factories and governments continue their positive momentum toward a genuinely low-carbon near future.
