The leadership team


Lisa Frost
As Climate Programs Director, Lisa develops and maintains plans for deploying global climate solutions in support of Aii’s 2030 carbon reduction goal. Her team builds relationships, drives initiatives, and improves performance with Aii's solutions provider partners.
Lisa has 30 years’ experience as a raw material technical and sourcing expert in the garment industry, having worked for sourcing offices and manufacturers in the UK and overseas. She has sourced, developed, negotiated, and approved textile materials for several leading retailers in UK, Europe, and USA. She has spent the last 25 years living and working in the Middle East, the Asian subcontinent, and East Asia in some of the world’s textile and garment production and sourcing hotspots.
Lisa is a passionate leader and talent coach, and a vocal advocate for relevant and robust change in the textile industry. She is a champion for the supply chain and focuses on building strong, transparent partnerships between retailers, vendors, and suppliers. She is excited to be in a position that promotes and supports a viable supply chain and a more sustainable environmental future.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Manchester (England) Institute of Science & Technology. Her honours degree in Clothing Engineering was the catalyst for her long-standing and dynamic career in the textile and garment industry.


Rita Ho
As a Data Assurance Engineer at Aii, Rita is responsible for ensuring data quality across projects. She has eight years of experience in consulting firms and the FMCG industry, with hands-on expertise in addressing manufacturing plant environmental issues, assisting businesses in developing sustainability initiatives, and supporting assurance for environmental data. Prior to joining Aii, Rita was a Consultant Manager at PwC Taiwan, specializing in carbon accounting, helping clients meet sustainability standards, and verifying ESG data. She holds dual Master’s degrees in environmental engineering from Masdar Institute and finance from National Cheng Kung University.


Alma Palacios
As senior sustainability reporting coordinator, Alma helps shape how impact is measured and communicated across the organization. Her work combines a strong foundation in data analysis with a commitment to meaningful climate action in the apparel sector.
She has a multidisciplinary background in textile sustainability research, corporate reporting and environmental impact analysis, and has contributed to projects exploring materials, performance and technical textiles. Originally from Mexico and now based in the United Kingdom, she brings an international perspective to her work, with experience across Latin America and Europe.
She holds a Master of Science in textile sustainability and is completing a doctorate at the University of Leeds in England, where her research focuses on the role of textile materials and structures in fiber fragmentation and microplastic pollution. She also holds a Master of Arts in fashion design from Elisava in Barcelona.


Desiree Cabrera
With over a decade supporting executives and teams, Desiree Cabrera is an accomplished executive assistant with experience spanning law firms, nonprofit organizations, and international institutions. She has worked across the technology, legal, and internet domains, supporting leaders in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments. Known for her adaptability and steady coordination, she helps ensure seamless communication and efficient execution across priorities and projects.
