Made2Flow developed and piloted an AI-powered recommendation engine integrated into its platform to generate facility-specific decarbonization roadmaps. The tool uses structured operational data to identify energy and emissions reduction opportunities alongside associated financial metrics, enabling faster and lower-cost decision-making compared to traditional audits.

This solution is inherently scalable due to its fully digital, platform-based approach, which enables low marginal cost expansion across facilities, regions, and tiers. Reducing reliance on resource-intensive audits and generating actionable recommendations from structured facility data allows brands and suppliers to scale decarbonization efforts rapidly. Adoption depends on access to basic operational data, engagement from both brands and suppliers, and integration with implementation partners. With proven applicability across Tier 1–3 facilities and operations already spanning over 50 countries, the platform has extremely high replication potential and can expand into additional sectors and impact areas such as water and chemicals.
High-quality decarbonization insights can be generated using relatively simple but structured data, making digital tools a viable pathway to scale.
