
Although the technology has existed for several years and shows strong emissions reduction potential, waste heat recovery remains significantly underutilized in textile manufacturing. This project’s case study will demonstrate that the technology is a safe, commercially scalable retrofit that reduces thermal energy use and operating costs, helping drive broader adoption across textile finishing operations.
Installation of two Jiangsu Lanbo Air-to-Air Heat Recovery (A-A-20K) systems on a continuously operated stenter to recover waste heat from exhaust air and biomass consumption during textile finishing.
