Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC)
Cleaner Production Systems

Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) has designed a program called ''Cleaner Production Systems'' which reduces process demand for energy and energy losses. This program does so by enacting measures for decreasing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in both Tier 2 wet processing and Tier 3 materials processing.

Implementation Plan

Once facilities are onboarded, PwC and BluWin will conduct a baseline assessment of the energy efficiency practices in the facility, prepare a technical report on reduction potential, select KPIs to track performance, provide training to ensure continued progress, and prepare an endline report to document the impact of energy efficiency investments. Facilities then cascade this work to the broader industry through case studies, workshops, and other peer learning tools, promoting the efficacy of the program.
