Clean by Design Bangladesh

Clean by Design, Aii's inaugural program, reduces process demand for energy and energy losses by capturing low-hanging fruit efficiency improvements in Tier 1 & 2 production facilities. The cornerstone is a set of 10 Best Practices that when implemented can deliver almost immediate return on investment: This solution will take a direct-to-manufacturer approach, differentiating it from other CbD projects. This solution is delivered by BluWin.

Location Availability

The main objective of the Program is to improve environmental performance, increase resource efficiency, reduce the carbon and chemical footprint of the factories serviced by the expert. The Program is designed to encourage suppliers to adopt basic resource management practices that have been shown to have high environmental benefit at a low cost.

Funding contributions

CSP grant funds will be used to implement the CbD Program in Bangladesh. With the experience and data gathered from this program, BluWin can reach out to more manufacturers and inspire them to join with success stories and business cases. Funding will go towards deepening BluWins Energy Efficiency expertise in Bangladesh, program implementation, management and monitoring
