Dyeing & Resource Efficiency

DyStar's® Cadira® Polyester reduces process demand for energy and water compared to conventional pretreatment, dyeing and aftertreatment for the polyester exhaust process at the same time increasing the right-first-time performance of dyeing. Processes are optimized to achieve the fastest and most reliable method, resulting in less reworks, improved lead times and higher quality material. This helps to combine processes into less steps to reduce resources.

Below we outlined the recommended steps to implement Cadira® Polyester. Important to note is that the solution can only be implemented with Dystar® productions. The reliability of Cadira® Polyester depends on knowledge and consistent quality of DyStar® dyes and chemicals, as well as the user mill's knowledge on their textile material and equipment. The dye recipe formulation to achieve a certain shade/fastness is not included in Cadira® Polyester. Additional support may be needed.

Also, please be informed that the dye recipe formulation to achieve a certain shade/fastness is not included in Cadira® Polyester, therefore please contact your DyStar® representative for additional help when required.
