Circum Print Washing Machine

The Pluvia Circum Print Machine reduces process energy demand by operating with a low-pressure system between the nozzle and the J-box, maintaining a low liquor ratio. Specially designed for washing fabric after dyeing and printing processes it also reduces water and chemical consumption. All Pluvia machines are equipped with heat recovery systems which improves efficiency in all over consumptions.

Implementation Plan

The process starts with presentations to relevant departments, followed by gathering washing process data (fabric type, capacity, chemicals, water specs, and consumption). A feasibility study defines the required machine and ROI. After the commercial agreement, we handle production, delivery, and installation (5–7 days). Process trials follow (min. 4 days), then hand-over. We provide 12 months of remote support and software updates.

The Challenge

As part of the H&M Plant Zero project in Bangladesh , we have offered our rope washing machine for after dyeing process. Pluvia machine is delivered and installed in February 2025 and first trial productions performed with current dyeing machines. After the initial productions, our customer's engineers took consumption data and checked with current production consumptions and our commitments. The actual consumption results were lower than the site's typical typical consumption and resulted in more reductions than Pluvia committed to.
